Private beta
Private beta for contractors and consultants on regulated work
Bring a pack you already have. See what comes back, with your wording and your branding on it, and tell us where it falls short.
We reply from info@protechos.co.uk. No newsletter.
What you get
Everything, while it is in beta
Nothing, through the beta
No cost during the beta. Every document type included — COSHH and construction phase plans are never behind an upgrade.
Your wording, loaded in
We bring your hazard bank, hold-point wording and branding in with you, so the first document already reads like yours.
The people building it
Not a support queue. You talk to the people who build ProtechOS, and you see what changes because of what you told them.
Fit
Who it is built for
Work where the document is read, challenged and relied on.
Specialist contractors
Asbestos, demolition, remediation, passive fire, M&E, temporary works, civils — where your documents go into someone else's approval gate and a rejection costs programme.
Health and safety consultants
Practices producing documentation for several contractor clients, where your name is the one on the document.
Regulated sites
Regulated sites, where the client sets the documentation standard and generic wording does not survive review. The catalogue is built to the nuclear standard, the strictest in UK construction.

Questions
What people ask about the beta
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. There is no cost during the beta, and every document type is included. No document you are legally required to produce will sit behind an upgrade.
What do you expect from us?
Real use and honest feedback. Put ProtechOS against live jobs, tell us where a draft falls short, and tell us what your reviewers send back. That is the whole ask.
Will a principal contractor accept a document produced this way?
No one can promise that; acceptance is the principal contractor's decision. What gets a submission returned is usually generic content written for another site. What leaves ProtechOS is drafted from this site's facts, marks anything unconfirmed, carries checked citations, and names the approver and the revision.
What happens to our documents if we stop?
They stay yours. Documents export as PDF at any time, and an administrator can export everything the organisation holds, self-serve. Leaving does not cost you your records.
