The two-week window
Documents arrive in the fortnight before a start date, all at once, from every trade on the programme. Review is squeezed into the time that is left.
Revise and resubmit, by email
Comments go back as a marked-up PDF or a list in an email. The next revision comes back as a new attachment, and someone has to work out what changed.

The job is in Leeds. The reviewer finds it on page 12, sends it back, and the start date moves with it.

Our documents are data, not PDFs
Every competitor's RAMS is a rendered file with no structure inside it. A ProtechOS document is structured data that happens to render as a document: activities, hazards, controls, hold points, substances, people and dates, each addressable.
A comparison between revisions, a pre-screen of an incoming document for content written for another site, a review comment anchored to a clause: each of these falls out of that one fact, and none of them can be retrofitted onto a PDF.

What your subcontractors can use today
Subcontractors on ProtechOS submit documents drafted from the site's own facts, with a named approver, checked citations and an audit trail nobody can edit afterwards. Anything the author was not told is marked in the document rather than guessed.
