- Safe systems of work drafted from pre-construction information, scope of works documents and principal contractors' construction phase plans, with gaps marked rather than guessed
- Construction phase plans, per-substance COSHH, lifting plans and the rest of the catalogue
- Citation checks against a register of UK health and safety law
- Review with send-back and comments beside the clause
- Approval separate from authorship, with recorded exceptions
- Hold points that freeze at approval and are released on site
- Append-only audit trail and a full drafting log
- Branded PDFs and a whole-project export pack
- Daily briefing record from an approved safe system of work

- Principal contractor review workspace
- Pre-screening of incoming documents for boilerplate, wrong-site content and site rules
- Clause-anchored review with an SLA clock

- QR and no-login briefing links, with attendance captured digitally
